Registrars' fees (aranceles) approved by Royal Decree 1427/1989 of 17 November. The base fee for an informative nota simple per property is €3.005061; the public cost of the ordinary nota simple is €9.02 + VAT. Official amounts are indicative and subject to change.

The fee only covers the issuance of the document by the Registry. Our price includes that cost plus identifying the property, submitting the request to the competent Registry, reviewing the document received and following up until delivery by email.
The price shown applies to a single document. If you request several documents, the total cost is calculated by applying this rate to each requested document.
Yes. You can request it yourself at the Registry office or on the official Registrars' Association portal and pay only the official cost. You will need to correctly identify the registered property, sign up on the portal and do the follow-up yourself.
No. You pay once per document: €35.12 plus VAT, i.e. €42.50 in total, with the official registry cost already included. We do not store card details or set up recurring payments.
If, after the search, the Registry cannot issue the requested document, we let you know with the details of what happened and refund the amount paid, less the official cost already paid to the Registry, if applicable.
